Set up your Braavu plaque in minutes

Braavu turns every happy customer into a Google review with a single tap — no app for your customers to install, and it works on 100% of phones (NFC and QR code). Here's how to get your plaque up and running.

Step-by-step

1. 1. Receive your plaque

   Order your Braavu plaque and we'll ship it to you. Each plaque comes ready to activate, with a unique code and a 4-character PIN printed on it.

2. 2. Scan or tap the plaque

   Grab your phone and either scan the QR code or tap the plaque against the back of your phone (NFC). Your activation page opens automatically — nothing to download.

   

3. 3. Log in or create your free account

   You'll be prompted to sign in or create a free Braavu account. It's completely passwordless: just enter your email, and we'll send you a secure sign-in link. Click that link (it's valid for 15 minutes) to continue.

   

4. 4. Enter your plaque PIN

   Back on the activation page — now signed in — type the 4-character PIN printed on your plaque. This confirms the plaque is really yours.

   

5. 5. Choose your Google listing

   Search for your business and select your Google Business listing. Braavu links your plaque straight to your official Google review page.

   

6. 6. You're live!

   That's it. Every scan or tap now opens your Google review page instantly. Place the plaque somewhere visible near your till or checkout, and start collecting 5-star reviews.
