Where we ship
We ship across Canada, the United States and France. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us at bonjour@braavu.ca.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- Canada — 3–8 business days
- United States — 5–10 business days
- France — 7–14 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Customs & duties
International orders (U.S. and France) may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
